As a consumer residing in Germany or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date you or a third party (other than the carrier) received the goods.

- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return or refund.
Please contact our support team at support@faieseauns.com before returning any item so we can assist you with the process.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Please use a trackable shipping service and keep the proof of postage until your refund is processed.

- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We do not refund original shipping fees (if any).
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used pillows or reading pillows. If the item has been used, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at support@faieseauns.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
